finally we are there...very little is missing and we can meet again, for a beautiful sumer, of Relaxation and Tranquility, in all Safety, after a very particular and difficult time for everyone...so we deserve all the best possible!
We will always be us, and we will always welcome you with all the warmth and joy that distinguishes us, even if with some essential precautions to protect everyone's health.
Precisely for this reason we remind you of some very important information to be able to live a peaceful and quiet holiday, for you and your loved ones:
- the obligation to stay at home in the presence of fever (over 37,5°) or other flu symptoms and in that case to call your doctor;
- the obligation to stay at home if you have been in contact with peaple positive to the virus in the previous 14 days;
- the awareness and acceptance of the fact of not being able to remain and of having to declare it promptly where, even after entry, dangerous conditions (symptoms of flu, onset of fever, etc.) exist;
- the awareness ad acceptance of the fact of not being able to stay if you are staying (using the same room) with a person who is in suspicious condition COVID 19;
- the commitment to comply with all the hygiene provisions and those relating to spacing measures and correct behavior.
You will be welcomed with all our affection and a big smile, even if semi-hidden by the mask !!! For the safety of all, we kindly ask you to always respect the interpersonal distance of 1 meter, especially when waiting for information at the reception and to wear a mask, in the common areas with smaller spaces, where it will be inevitable to meet other guests. To favor the minimum waiting time and any queue, online check-in will be privileged, to be carried out through our special form, the day before arrival ... but don't worry, if you are not really familiar with the Internet and you don't feel up to it, you can also send us (or have a friend / relative send us) the photo of the two-sided document, via whatsapp at +39 334 357 9968. In case of online check-in you will be asked, upon your arrival, only to show the document for identity verification (in case of new guests) and correctness of the document number. To further facilitate check-in, the menu on the day of arrival will be sent to you via email or whatsapp, so that you can already make your choice from the comfort of your home, without waiting at reception to evaluate the dishes proposed (in this regard, do not forget to communicate email address or whatsapp number to which it will be sent). Since the correct sanitization process requires a rather important procedure, and this we believe that especially for you it is fundamental, it will not be possible to access the rooms before 12.00 on the day of arrival, if they are occupied in the previous night. Even the luggage, in case of arrival before 12.00, must remain in the car, or in our outdoor space in case of arrival by train / bus, as it will not be possible to leave it in storage in the common areas. You will be given the keys to the rooms, after careful sanitization, which will remain with you for the duration of your stay, to avoid possible contact by mistake by other guests (please remember to return them upon departure :-)) . We kindly ask families or large groups, with simultaneous arrival, to appoint a contact person to whom to deliver the keys and who can request all the useful information, without entering all at the same time at the hotel and occupying the correct passage of the guests already present in the structure. For all information, perhaps forgotten at check-in, the whatsapp chat (from 8.00 to 20.00) can always be used at +39 334 357 9968, if the reception is temporarily occupied and you do not want to wait in line. ..we will reply as soon as possible! Will be available, for all welcome guests, distribution columns of hand sanitizing gel, in all strategic points of the hotel, for a correct and continuous personal hygiene. All common areas will be sanitized several times a day, with certified products. Separate routes will be provided for entering and leaving the hotel, in order to respect the expected safety distance as much as possible.
We advise all our guests to use the lift alone or with people belonging to their family, and not to share this space with other guests.We kindly ask you to use the hand sanitizing gel, located on each floor, next to each elevator entrance, before pressing the call / floor selection keys. The elevator in its entirety will be sanitized several times a day, with extreme frequency. We always ask you to respect the safety distance of at least 1 meter, even in the corridors, between the various guests who do not share the same rooms, or who are not part of the same family (parents and children, e.g. even occupying different rooms, will not be kept at the expected distance, assuming that they still share the same house and that they arrived with the same car).
The rooms will be available to new guests, only after a accurate and complete process of aeration, cleaning and sanitation, through dedicated and certified products, of all surfaces and textiles. You will find our rooms a little more minimal, since all the decorative elements that cannot be subjected to too violent washes and at high temperatures, such as furniture cushions, will be eliminated. In order to ensure a deeper sanitization, we have also eliminated woolen blankets (which we believe you will not miss on hot summer days :-)) and the double pillows. For both, you can still request them at the reception or even prior to your arrival, and they will be provided immediately. In case you prefer to bring your pillow from home, there is no impediment on our part to this type of procedure and we will report it to the staff on the floors, who will eliminate those supplied to the room. During your stay, the rooms will always receive careful cleaning and sanitation by our staff, who will be equipped with all the necessary protective devices and will always be replaced in the transition between room and room. Our staff will be trained scrupulously for a careful respect of all the strict protocol rules, to make you live a holiday in complete safety and tranquility. Disposable cleaning materials will be used, or previously treated with a 2% sodium hypochlorite solution, or with an equivalently efficient treatment. AS AN ALTERNATIVE: If you prefer that our cleaning staff do not enter the room, you can request (when booking) to have at your disposal our Self-Service Cleaning Kit (sponge, cloth and various products), in order to manage your cleaning independently.
At the entrance of the restaurant area (especially while waiting for the buffet, which will be served directly by our dining room staff), we always ask you kindly to keep the interpersonal distance of 1 meter, from the other guests who are not part of the same family, to use the hand sanitizer gel, placed comfortably at the entrance and to use the mask until you will not have reached your table, or in any case when there is a need to get up. Once removed, the template will be stored in a bag or pocket, possibly not on the table. All our staff in the dining room and kitchen will be equipped with a mask, essential for the proper performance of their duties, but will be smiling as always, we hope that you can still see it. The dining room will be managed with the full table / empty table technique, so that it is always possible, at every meal, to keep the necessary distances between guests (if possible, even with tables placed outside). In order to manage the spaces, in accordance with the required distance arrangements, guests will be divided into two shifts for main meals, such as lunch and dinner. The shift will be assigned upon arrival at the hotel, at the discretion of the management, who will have to evaluate the number of guests present, and cannot be requested by the guest, except for families with children, who may request (in booking phase) the assignment in the first round, if the second one is a little too late for the eating / resting habits of the little ones. The hours for the lunch shifts will be: 1st shift: 12.45 2nd shift: 13.45 The hours for the dinner shifts will be: 1st shift: 19.30 2nd shift: 20.30 The opening of the buffet is scheduled 15 minutes before the time of the meal, to avoid crowds as much as possible. In the case of the second round, compatibly with the end the first round. We kindly ask all our guests, scrupulous observance of the assigned times, in order to allow the dining room staff to carry out the work correctly, to sanitize the environment between one shift and the next and to respect the next shift, without leaving subsequent guests on hold. Our menus will always be chosen, exactly as you know them and our super Chef Luciana will always amaze you with her fabulous dishes; the buffet will not be present, for obvious safety reasons, but all our raw, cooked and appetizers vegetables will be served to you by our dining room staff of your choice, as well as the carafe of water, so in fact ... you will make less effort and you will be super served !!! As for breakfast, it will be served at the table, always observing the full table / empty table rule, so if at the time of your descent into the room the tables next to yours will be occupied, you will be served outdoors. Since there is no buffet, the scheduled breakfast time will be from 7.45 to 10.00, as it must be served by our dining room staff. But don't worry, you will find all our fantastic homemade cakes, croissants, cereals, yogurt, cold cuts ... in short, everything you are used to and that you like so much !!! But from this year there is something new, and we believe it will be really appreciated ... for those who prefer freedom from the times set for meals, or for those who love to eat under an umbrella enjoying the full hours of the sea, and maybe, why not, even a beautiful sunset, or for those who simply do not like sharing the restaurant with other guests ... you can request our comfortable Packed Lunch, for all meals, and decide to have breakfast, lunch and / or dinner, wherever you prefer, on the beach, in your room or on your terrace if equipped with a table and chairs. Two menus will always be delivered for the next day, one with the meal served in the dining room, or the one to take away, the choice is yours, one day at a time! Also as regards our partner beach, our awesome lifeguards Raffaele and Paolo, are super-equipped to be able to welcome you very quickly in complete safety. Remember that in the open air it is not necessary to use a mask, but take care to always have one with you, for access to the bathing establishment and for all those situations where it could be useful for you, for example if you decide to take a nice coffee at the bar! The umbrellas will be super spaced, but for those who already know us, they know that our convention beach has no space problems and the various locations have always been quite detached. The tents will not be present this year, but replaced with large and comfortable gazebos, placed according to the distance rules. For single guests who request the beach agreement, they will be assigned an umbrella; the gazebo is not possible as it is very large and intended for at least 2 people. The single sunbeds will be positioned at a distance of 1.5 meters from each other, with the exception of those intended for members of the same family unit, or occupants of the same room / house, which may also be brought close to each other. An accurate deeper and more frequent sanitation plan is envisaged, as regards the beds, toilets and all the common areas, which will be equipped with sanitizing hand gel dispensers, in the most strategic positions. Differentiated routes will be created for enter and exit the bathing establishment. The children's area has been enlarged in size and the entrance of the children will be contingent and controlled; we kindly ask parents to check the correct distance behavior between the children. Animation for the moment will not be possible, but everything can change over the summer .. we remain confident! All individual sports that take place in the water are allowed, so go for long swims, sup when the sea is calm and quiet and Kitesurf and Windsurf on slightly more windy days, while for all beach group sports, we always ask our guests to always follow the general rules on distance, valid in every occasion.Our lifeguard friends will allow us to have meals on the beach, we kindly ask you, out of respect for them and their work, to dispose of all waste using the Packed Lunch bag, and the bins placed on the beach, so as not to burden their work cleaning the beach.
And we are delighted to be able to confirm that our historic partner "Beach Village", the mini water park, on the seafront, a stone's throw from the hotel, will open its doors and slides from May 31st (until September 12th) for you!
(We are waiting for the provisions regarding the use of the slides for the month of June, as they follow the indications of the theme parks. In any case, the friends of the Beach Village, will find a way to entertain everyone...we are waiting for the news!)
The entrance will clearly always be included in the hotel price and you can use it as many times as you want.
The amusement park will follow all the safety regulations essential for a relaxed holiday:
in the rows to access the slides, the distance of 1 meter between person and person will be respected, by means of special colored signs on the stairs
the exits of the water slides in the water will be separate and in any case always with an important distance (more than 3 meters)
access to the pools will be regulated, according to the number of people admitted, and the disinfection of the pools will always be in first place
Aquagym lessons, group dances and the mini club will be suspended for now (but let's not give up!)
The umbrellas with sunbeds will be distant, as per the security protocol and also the common spaces that provide tables and umbrellas will respect the necessary distances
